Prediabetes is a condition that comes before diabetes. It means your blood glucose (also called blood sugar) levels are higher than normal but are not high enough to be called diabetes.
Enroll in our two-hour class with a Registered Nurse who will go over the disease process of prediabetes and a Registered Dietitian who will go over how nutrition plays a major role in preventing diabetes.
