Ideal Protein

The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method is a low carbohydrate, moderate protein, 4-phase protocol that includes meal replacement products and dieter-provided meats and vegetables.

Weight Loss for Wellness

No one person’s weight loss is the same. Weight Loss for Wellness works with the individual person to give them the tools they need to keep the weight off for good. From nutrition planning, meal journaling and even grocery shopping, you will leave the 12-week program feeling confident and healthier.

What’s Included:

  • Six personalized coaching sessions
  • Initial hour-long consult with a custom meal plan
  • Five 30-minute follow up sessions every two weeks
  • Six InBody 230 Body Composition Analysis tests

Weight Watchers

Weight Watcher’s is a proven weight-loss approach that offers a powerful support group setting, inspirational guidance and digital tools designed to set men and women up for success on their weight loss journey.

What’s Included:

TGMC’s Weight Watchers group meets every Tuesday from 12 -  1 pm for a lunch ‘n learn. Participants are encouraged to bring their lunch, learn about the weekly nutrition topic and leave feeling motivated and inspired.
