Terrebonne General Medical Center (TGMC) and Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS) invite you to join us for our inaugural Night Light Dash 5k, a fun night time glow run for the entire family, to be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018. Participants are encouraged to wear their coolest neon attire and glow accessories to light up the night as they dash through the illuminated route around Downtown Houma. The race will begin and end at the TGMC parking garage on Belanger St., and will be followed with a DJ and family entertainment.
Proceeds from this event will benefit The Foundation for TGMC to provide free cardiac screenings, which is the best way to create awareness, increase prevention and assist in early diagnosis of various types of cardiovascular disease. Cardiovascular disease remains the number one cause of death in both men and women. With early detection, our teams at TGMC and CIS can navigate a treatment plan before a serious cardiac event strikes.
Registration is now open to all runners. Early bird tickets are $25 per person through January 31, then $30 until race day. Click on the link below to sign up today!
