The Warm Up - Proper Lunge Technique

To get more out of your workout, Patrick and Zack recommend lunges to strengthen your buttocks and legs. According to the American Council on Exercise, lunges are one of the most effective lower-body exercises as they effectively work glutes and quadriceps and also engage hamstrings.
