Now you and your family can enjoy the convenience and privacy of home at Terrebonne General Medical Center.

Here at Terrebonne General Medical Center, patient comfort has always been one of our top priorities. That is why we now offer suites specifically designed to provide you with all the comforts of home. These suites are available to all patients with the admitting doctor's consent.

Privacy

All of our suites offer the maximum in privacy. The patient-bed-area has floor-length curtains that can be pulled to ensure complete privacy during any medical procedures. There are also two bathrooms in each suite, with showers for your convenience and the convenience of your family and visitors.

Comfort

Each suite features a large living area complete with desk and chairs, lamps, a sofa, two private baths, two televisions, two reclining chairs, two telephones, a refrigerator and a "hideaway" bed.

Great Food

You and your guests can experience the finest in dining with the recent addition of TGMC's new Lagniappe service. Lagniappe offers cuisine like Snapper Terrebonne, Blackened Shrimp Scampi, Chicken Tampico, and Veal Oscar served in courses in the privacy of your suite. The meals are served by our Hospitality Hostesses with fine china and silver that bring restaurant dining to the hospital setting.

Spacious Accomodations

Each suite has a removable partition that divides the room into a separate bedroom and living room. By removing the partition, the suite opens into an area large enough for you and your entire family to relax.

You can reserve one of these double-room suites for a daily rate less than you would pay for two regular patient rooms.
